Using the game changing YuLife app, our employees can complete wellness challenges each day to earn wellbeing currency to spend on a range of rewards.
Rewarding our employees for living
Saggezza is passionate about supporting health and wellbeing, and this new partnership allows us to give back to our employees, whilst enhancing and protecting their lives.
Employees can earn YuCoin by completing simple challenges such as walking, cycling or meditating. This wellbeing currency, that is managed through the app, can then be cashed in for rewards including gift vouchers, air miles and discount off leading brands.
As well as incentivising healthy behaviour, the app also improves employee engagement. Teams are able to connect and build communities within the app to share leaderboards and encourage healthy competition in the workplace.
Supporting our employees’ mental health
One of the great features of YuLife is its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). This programme will support our staff with work challenges, as well as relationship and financial issues, providing access to 24/7 mental health support, structured clinical counselling, legal advice, career coaching and more.
Statistics show that 25% of employees will experience some kind of mental health problem each year, and at Saggezza we want those employees to feel fully supported.
