Ben and his team act as strategic partners to Saggezza’s practice areas. His goal is to ensure that Saggezza is positioned to hire and retain top talent.

Madison Freese


In 2015, Madison completed her degree in Journalism at Indiana University and she moved to Chicago and worked as a recruiter at a local staffing agency where she was able to learn and prosper as a sourcer and recruiter.

Patricia Colini


Earning her Bachelors of Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Patricia is a strong human resources professional with a history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Parimala Todupunuri


Parimala is passionate about technology and providing the best recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers. She has recruited for entry-level to executive positions across a variety of industries and geographies.

Ina Dolinta


Ina completed her degree in Human Resources at DePaul University and worked as a Recruiter/HR Generalist for logistics company. Her interest and passion for technology drove her to work for Saggezza.

Christina Sobey


Christina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration after pursuing a volleyball scholarship from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Upon graduation she pursued a career in talent acquisition and human resources where she has grown immensely recruiting for different industries.

Skill assessment

Skill and/or Technical Assessment

Following your conversation with our talent team, you may be invited to perform a technical assessment. The assessments vary depending on the position you have applied for. Full details will be provided in advance.



If your application is successful and you accept our offer, the HR team will take you through the onboarding process and provide a warm welcome to the team. If you are unsuccessful in your application, we will provide you with feedback. As our requirements and client demand changes, we might also ask if we can keep in touch with you to discuss these opportunities.
