This Policy supplements the Terms of Use (“Terms”) and is incorporated and made a part of those Terms. The capitalized terms herein share definitions with the Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy describes how we obtain, use, track, and process data from you. It covers only data that we collect through the Website, and not any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, the data collection practices of any affiliate or other third party, including any third-party operators of web pages to which the Website links, and any information that we collect offline or through any websites, products, or services not under our control.

By using, or continuing to use, the Website, you will have accepted the amended Policy. The Company will notify users of material changes to the Policy by posting a notice on the Website.

  1. Data Usage and Processing

We use Personal Information to provide, maintain, and facilitate the services, including the Interactive Services, of the Website and the Company in multiple ways. We use this information in managing our website visitors and potential employees, for internal research and analytical purposes related to marketing and security. We also use this information to help upgrade the Website and provide more desired features. We also use this information to provide support to anyone who has trouble or questions with the Website.

A user can ask us to remove that user’s Information to the extent possible. A 100% expungement is not always possible if data has been shared with Third Party Services.

Neither the Website nor any of its Interactive Services are intended for anyone under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to the Company via the Website. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

You can visit the Website without providing us with any information about you that we do not automatically collect from the device you are using. You are not required to provide your name, phone number, email, or address to visit the Website; however, you will not be able to access most of the functionality and the Interactive Services without providing this information. We collect at least your: full name, date of birth; address; contact phone number; and contact email. We may ask for additional information about you, including demographic information or information about your current and/or previous employment. You may also provide us with your resume, cover letter, and other documents related to job applications.

The Purposes and Legal Bases for Collection of Personal Data

The Company retains your Personal Data to the extent adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which the Data are processed. The Company does not retain data for longer than reasonably necessary.
