Analyze functional and non-functional requirements for solutions. Develop and test integration solutions using Java/JEE, Websphere Process Server, Websphere Integration Developer, Websphere Enterprise Bus, WBISF. Work with offsite teams utilizing good coordination skills and technical skills to lead the design, development and deployment of SOA Platform solutions. Responsible for the design and design documentation of the solutions and for Source Control and release management of deployable and environmental archives and properties. Recommend technologies and provide proof of concept and details of new technologies planned for use in the solutions. Mentor team members for the technology and document the proof of knowledge for further referrals. Support testing team and perform defect analysis. Support pre-production, warranty and Level-4 supports for solutions developed on demand basis. Travel Required.
